Our guest today is Diana Noland. Diana is a registered dietitian with the Master of Public Health degree. Today Diana will take us through the importance of healthy fats in the diet. She will dispel some of the myths around dietary fats.
Diana Noland has taught all over the world with learners that include medical doctors, nurses, dietitians and nutritionists, naturopathic doctors, and policymakers and government officials. Diana’s expertise is in integrative and functional medicine nutrition therapies and she not only teaches this topic but practices and provides integrative and functional medicine nutrition therapies for patient care at Sequoia Family Medicine in Burbank, California. She recently co-edited an integrative and functional medicine nutrition therapy textbook to be available from Springer. Diana’s heart is in healing!
